盐水机组冷却水塔系统正确操作可节约10%电费

假定冷却水满意68、6kPa(0.7kg/cm)压力降的流量为120kg/s,A、B两台冷却水塔及风机一起作业。理论上进出A、B塔的水量各为6Okg/s,其实际出水温度通常比用1台冷却水塔风机作业时的水温低2℃左右。当主机负荷下降后,再开两台冷却水塔风机已是糟蹋,故关掉B冷却水塔风机。疑问在于关B塔风机后,B塔的进出水阀却没有封闭,形成60kg/s的冷却水未被风机冷却。B塔未被冷却的60kg/s水与A塔经冷却的60kg/s水集合后,进人冷凝器,其水温反而比单独开A塔(指封闭B塔流水.120kg/s水悉数从A塔通过)要高2
