First, what is the transpiration device?

Because transpiration is an endothermic process, the transpiration is the final performance of the refrigeration system and the performance of the cooling system. In fact, according to the object being cooled is air or liquid, so the transpiration device is commonly known as air cooler or liquid cooler.
Two, what are the main objectives of measuring the transpiration?
The primary objective of measuring the transpiration rate of the brine unit is the heat transfer coefficient and the heat transfer surface. In order to improve the power of the transpiration, the heat transfer coefficient should be improved. The key to improve the heat transfer coefficient is to improve the convective heat transfer between the refrigerant and the heat transfer tube wall.
Because the surface heat transfer coefficient of the refrigerant is much larger than the heat transfer coefficient between the steam and the pipe wall, the contact surface between the liquid and the pipe wall of the condenser is large, and the steam which occurs when the steam is quickly discharged. In fact, it is difficult to improve the heat transfer coefficient.
When the heat transfer coefficient is punctual, the size of the heat exchange surface determines the transpiration ability. Add the number of heat transfer tubes, the use of ribbed tube (finned tube) can effectively increase the heat transfer surface, which is the most important way to improve transpiration.
